Dr. Parnell earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Arkansas, where she studied chemistry and developed a strong foundation in the sciences. She went on to receive her Doctor of Optometry from the Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee, where she gained extensive clinical experience in primary eye care, vision therapy, and advanced diagnostic techniques.
